This course is split into two main areas: Large Animal and Small Animal Veterinary Sciences. Students will learn the process of record keeping, administration of shots/medicine, bandaging, protecting animal health, and common veterinary terminology. It will also focus on animal welfare and current ethical animal issues. Providing students with career exploration opportunities, students can closer direct their focus of the class to fit their interests. This course is only offered during school years that begin in an even year.
